]]>So now it is Winter. Once the hustle and bustle of Christmas with all its brightness for some and solitariness for others over, we now face the prospect of this season of white. Winter: a time when the earth sleeps; a time for thought and reflection; a time for black and white; a time for self-connection; a time for reviewing relationships past and present; a time for forgiveness; a time for hoping; a time for peace. We thank Greg Holden for his excellent presentation called, Learning to See Creatively. His enthusiastic
talk beautifully illustrated by his expert photography made for a most inspiring evening. This month, we are most fortunate to have Bob Dean, an expert in the field of photography, judge our year-end competition. I hope that all of your firesides warm you and yours with the joy of the season and the quiet and promise of winter.
Warmly, Charlene
President, Colorado Nature Camera Club (CNCC)
